How to get started on your Skills Assessment

If you’re planning to move to Australia and work as a skilled professional in engineering, automotive, or construction trades, it’s essential to undergo a formal assessment of your skills. OSAP (Offshore Skills Assessment Program) – Applicants who need a skills assessment as part of their skilled migration visa. This is for eligible applicants who work in a nominated occupation and hold a passport from a nominated country

TSS ( TSS Skills Assessment Program Temporary Migration) – Applicants who need a skills assessment as part of their temporary skills shortage visa application to the Department of Home Affairs

As part of your application, there are various forms of evidence we would require, some examples of evidence are:

  • Identification (Passport)
  • Resume
  • Detailed work history (employment letters, contracts, employment certificates)
  • 2 X different forms of pay evidence for each year worked. Examples can be: payslips, tax documents, bank statements, superannuation forms. A minimum of 3 forms of evidence per claimed year of employment is required
